Brad Lupien
Brad Lupien is the CEO and founder of Arc Experience, an award-winning expanded learning provider serving Southern California youth for over 25 years. He began his career as a teacher and social worker in Boston, working with middle and high school students identified as having behavioral and emotional disabilities. Inspired by his experience as an outdoor guide and seeing the impact of hands-on learning, Brad launched an afterschool outdoor education club for his students, an idea that would grow into Arc, founded in 2001. Today, Arc serves thousands of students across California through afterschool, enrichment, and outdoor education programs designed to expand access and opportunity. Brad continues to be a leader in the expanded learning field, serving on multiple boards and advisory groups including the California Afterschool Advocacy Alliance (CA3).
