Shaun Hawke
Shaun Hawke, M.S. Ed., is the project director III of Outdoor & Marine Science Field Study at the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where she directs the Los Angeles County Outdoor Science School and the Marine Science Floating Lab. Hawke served for many years as a teacher for the L.A. County Outdoor Science School, as well as other outdoor science programs, including National Audubon. Shaun was one of the authors of the June 2021 Los Angeles County Office of Education publication Design Guidelines for Outdoor Learning Environments, which focuses on helping school communities develop outdoor learning spaces for children.
