Katherin Konomi
Katherin Konomi is entering her 4th year as a teacher in the Burlingame School District. Her education journey started with teaching 2nd graders in a Spanish Immersion program. After her second year, she decided to move to the upper grades and teach 5th graders. Teaching in a Spanish Immersion program has been one of Katherin’s most enjoyable experiences, since it mixes her passion for education and bilingualism. She not only loves teaching children, but she also enjoys introducing them to a second language. She received her Multiple Subject Credential from Notre Dame de Namur University, where she is currently in her final semester to obtain her Masters in Education.
