Holly Steele
Holly Steele, CPTD, has dedicated her career to empowering learners to use inquiry and innovation to better the world. This commitment to learner agency brought her to the Seeds to Solutions team at Ten Strands, where she currently serves as the director of professional learning and community building. She brings more than twenty years of experience in education, having previously served at the Orange County Department of Education as a senior administrator with a focus on TK–12 STEM and environmental literacy. Through her previous roles as a classroom educator, teacher on special assignment, and professional learning leader, Holly has remained passionate about supporting the growth and development of individuals and teams. She holds a B.A. in ecology and evolutionary biology from Rice University, teaching credentials from UC Irvine, and a current Certified Professional in Talent Development certification from the Association for Talent Development.
